I will only be taking my car here from now on i own a volvo and my a/c recently went out and I took it to 4 or 5 mechanics and the first 2 said they couldn't even fix it because they dont have the right tools then I took it straight to the vovlo dealership and was quoted 3 thousand dollars to fix it me being a teenager that works for minimum wage at pizza place I obviously didn't have it i finally went to Kelly's and thats when dale have me a quote of 1600 I was willing to pay that but when he fixed one of 2 supposed problems the a/c worked again so not only was his work extremely professional he was also extremely honest telling me about my car every step of the way would 100%recommend taking your car here

First time going to Kelly Automotive and I had a great experience! As a woman, I’m always hesitant to go to auto shops because I don’t know much about cars. It was such a sense of relief to know you can go somewhere where they are not there to upsell you on anything, literally honest mechanics and managers that are there to help you with what you came in for. I was helped by Marico, who did an amazing job! I got my car towed in and was immediately greeted and helped. All of my questions were answered up front and in a way that I can understand. Everything was done in a timely manner and a great price. The same price that I was told from the beginning stayed the same, nothing changed and I was updated during the entire process!
