Such a difference from a 'dealership experience.' The diagnosis included taking us to the vehicle on the hoist and explaining exactly what needed to be done--and what was not needed. No mumbo-jumbo, just plain clear explanation.

I only wish there were more stars to give! Worst rain storm of the year, my wife pulls in with no appointment, nail in her tire and nearly flat. Chris went above and beyond to help her! I picked her up and a few hours later and it was done and parked, right where they said it would be. I think we have found our place!!!
