I went in and spoke with Jay and showed him a quote that I had from a dealership. He said that they may be about the same price. He then put a quote together. As he looked at the pictures from the dealership, he got with another mechanic as he thought something looked off. The other mechanic agreed and said that he didn’t think that the service would be necessary. He did put together a quote which was $800 Cheaper than the dealership. He mentioned an item that he thought was necessary, which I agreed to do although he didn’t push to have it done. I wanted it done. I paid $360 and when I picked up the vehicle, he assured me that this other item would be fine and it would more than likely be a couple years before I would need to have it done. Jay was completely professional And friendly. I have used this place before and will absolutely keep coming back. Thank you and go Navy. Brian.

I’ve had three Priuses with more than 250,000 miles on them, with little to no major issues, and I credit a lot of that to the regular maintenance and care they’ve provided over the years. What I appreciate most is that I trust them. They genuinely care about keeping our vehicles running well without constantly telling us something needs to be repaired or maintained, which has often been my experience at dealerships. I can’t say enough good things about them. If you’re looking for a shop that is knowledgeable, honest, and truly cares about its customers and their vehicles, this is the place.

Today, I called with 2 questions regarding bringing two of my vehicles to this shop. I asked the first question about whether I could get a part installed and Jay condescendingly told me no. That answer would have been fine had he not used that tone--as I was prepared to purchase the part from him and return the other one. So, it wasn't what he said, it was the way he said it--laughingly dismissive without further discussion on what could be done. Ultimately, based on that interaction, I didn't even go into scheduling my other vehicle for an air conditioning repair. So, maybe Kelly automotive reviews are good from their actual automotive work, which by the way, I have taken my car there before for a water pump replacement, but going forward, I will go to a shop that is respectful to their customers and at least listens to the entire request.

Thay broke my door handle on the driver's side and will not replace it or take responsibility for it. I told them not to use my inside door handle and they broke it and Thay changed to much to fix a gasket that they told me 950 dollars
