When I get a repair request from another repair place. I get an true response at Kelly's on the item. If needed repair or not.

We feel you guys do awesome work and are trustworthy. However we have given you guys a ton of service ($2000 in the last few months) and would have appreciated a discount or something. Maybe a %20 off coupon or something for frequent customers. The manager gave us $20 off, we were grateful but it was kind of a slap in the face when we were facing a $850 bill.
