I had a rough experience with Kelly Automotive, but when I shared my frustrations they went above and beyond to really show that they cared about me and the business I was bringing into their shop. This is a group of people that understand I have a choice as to where I take my car, and they wanted to make sure I always chose them. The human element, and good customer service still exists in this world, and it exists at Kelly Automotive!
