Took my car in for new brakes based upon a previous assessment by another auto shop. Jeff let me know my brakes don't need to replaced yet. In addition, they checked my tires and NO CHARGE. Will definitely bring our cars back to this honest, service-oriented shop. Thanks!

Something broke that was under warranty from the last time it was in. I understand that it could have been prevented but it was handled so well. We were only out our car for the day and everything was taken care of. We were not charged anything. I think the situation was well handled.
