Something broke that was under warranty from the last time it was in. I understand that it could have been prevented but it was handled so well. We were only out our car for the day and everything was taken care of. We were not charged anything. I think the situation was well handled.

I never made an appointment; didn't know I had to, but I will in the future. I was referred here by my local Discount Tire and they said you guys did great work. No complaints. Thanks for letting me in for an appointment on such short notice.

These guys are great! They were able to track down a few issues that have been bothering me for awhile. They were friendly and I feel they gave me honest opinions on what needed to be done. Would definitely recommend them. Great to work with!

Thanks for the head's up on the brakes. It was in 2013 that they were last serviced, so next year i will be coming your way. The waiting room is a great addition to your services. Only wish there was anything on the boobtube worth watching--perhaps some documentaries on a rotating basis?
