Spoke with Jeff on the phone Thursday morning, he said they were very busy but to bring my car in and he would try to get a mechanic to look at the A/C issue I was having. They didn't get a chance to diagnose it until Friday morning, but I appreciate them letting me leave my car securely locked overnight. Excellent customer service!

Jeff was my service writer. He was amazing! Friendly, honest & helpful. He went above & beyond to make sure that my car was safe to drive over the long weekend. Kudos to the mechanic too. He stayed late to change my frayed serpentine belt. They even removed some hanging plastic & tape under the engine. I will be returning for future repairs.

Transmission was overheating while towing...even on flat ground occasionally. Chad found the problem which was a fan that was not working due to low freon in the a/c. Recharged the freon so a/c blows cold and fan began working again. Anxious to test out the tranny to see how she does when towing the boat! Great crew to work with and always fair and honest. That's why I don't go anywhere else! Thank you Kelly Automotive Team!

This was our first visit to Kelly's and it was great. We made an appointment, the car was done in less time than we were given and we were on our way. Jeff was great and checked our rearview camera for an issue...no charge. We'll be back!
