From start to finish Dale made me feel very good about entrusting my vehicle to him on my first visit to Kelly Automotive. He went out of his way to point out what was and wasn't necessary and all the options in between. He even called the dealership to see if the needed work was still under warranty and, failing that, checked to see if he could get parts for less from them than those from his usual source. If I can trust anyone, these guys are them for my auto repairs. I give them a 5 star because I don't normally ever get an, "oh by the way" phone call. if I do its always legit. What they diagnose is what is fixed.

This was a great experience the moment I walked in the door and was made to feel welcomed by Chris Mullenaux. He was honest but sensitive to my situation on my vehicle and even offered to give me a ride home. Chris got back to me the next day as promised and when I picked my vehicle up he took the time to go through everything they found and suggestions to get things fixed.

The repair was done fast and efficiently. Replaced the part with new parts. Steve was very professional and kept me well informed

Chris was quick to call and follow up on the appointment I made online. Everyone in the office was very friendly and patient in answering my questions. They took care of the problem with the check engine light, and also performed an oil change, which was inexpensive. The building and office were difficult to find, given the current renovations. I was a little disappointed that nobody called me when my vehicle was ready to pick up; I had to call and ask. Steve was nice enough to scan my car a day later so I would know that my car was ready for emissions testing. I will be bringing my car back to this location in the future if needed.
