Our family has used Kelly Automotive for the last 10+ years, when it was a small mechanic shop and Kelly's mom was working the desk. It's so nice to have a relationship with a trustworthy mechanic. I know that when we bring our cars in, we'll get great service and workmanship, and feel confident that all recommendations made are necessary for the care of our vehicles. For this visit in particular, thank you for working with me to get my car in while I am out of town, allowing me to drop off early, being very prompt with diagnosis and repair, paying over the phone, and having a family member pick up my car.
