My initial concern and requests were addressed well.

If you make an appointment they get you right in and squared away. They let me know what was needed for my car and also what needed to be done at a later date. They never force me to get anything done, though if it is truly needed they will make a strong suggestion (they don't want to see me hurt) if I have any questions they make sure to answer them. They helped keep my child happy while we where waiting too.

Always a pleasure dealing with everyone. They always answer my questions, explain things throughly and are always friendly. Kelly Automotive is the only shop that I have ever felt comfortable with and don't have to worry about someone trying to screw me over.

They totally went out of their way for me even though they were slammed and booked out a few days. So appreciated, as my vehicle was not drivable. Thank you guys!

Kelly Automotive was a great experience for me and I went to two different automotive locations prior to them. Amazed that it was a thousand dollar difference for the same repairs that I had been quoted at the other locations. You know that when you have great customer service that you feel at home and comfortable with leaving your vehicle in safe hands. I was driven back home because of the amount of time it would be to repair my truck twice with not even a question. I met Ashley, daughter of Kelly, she was very nice and had a great personality, who drove me home both times. Dale, who was my service manager called me promptly to make sure that all parties agreed on price and what was to be repaired. Good quality service from years of experience.

Kelly Automotive is the only place to take your car if you want good and honest auto care. We are a 5 auto family, and Kelly Automotive with Steve, Chris and Johnny are the best!
