Amazing service! I was referred to these folks and called them after another repair shop had told me they'd be charging $3,000...AND BE PREPARED FOR MORE!!! When I asked them for a written estimate outlining what needed to be done, what I got was a piece of paper that said "$3,000 PLUS..."! I called Kelly and talked to Jeff. He said they could take my daughter's car in the next morning. He called me that afternoon and said they'd figured out what was wrong and that they could fix it. Then he asked me about how it was being maintained. I've been taking this car to the same place for 10 years and ALWAYS told them to do WHATEVER is required and/or recommended. The car has 135,000 miles on it but we want it to get Daughter through college (3 more years...). Jeff said they'd looked at all of the standard maintenance items and it appeared that it might be way overdue. I asked him if these were things that HAD to be done or that SHOULD be done. He laughed and said they never tell people what they HAVE to do...rather, they just relay what they've seen. I told him to do EVERYTHING he thought should be done. Jeff called me back late the same day we brought it in and said all done. The bill, including the original repair AND at least 4 other items, came to LESS THAN 1/3 of what I'd been quoted FOR JUST THE ORIGINAL REPAIR!!! Kelly has at least 3 new customers now! Thanks Jeff!!!
