This was my second experience with Kelly’s. This time I had a Service Engine Soon light that required a differential emissions diagnosis. This shop nailed it and finished the job on time which was important considering I needed the vehicle to go out of town. They’ve also been courteous and professional each step of the way. Two thumbs up 👍👍

I've been using this place for a few years now and have had very good experience with the service and the professional way they work in the office. I can highly recommend for any light-duty work (I have not had any big jobs done yet) but feel good to recommend for oil, tire rotation, brakes, etc. They give the car a thorough inspection and help by pointing out things that may need attention over time.

Gilbert Kelly Automotive is a gem in the car maintenance/mechanic field! We have taken our vehicles there for several years and have never been disappointed. All of the staff is friendly, welcoming and professional. We primarily work with Marcio (and Dale) and he is top notch - he clearly explains what is wrong, how long it will take to repair, the exact cost (no hidden fees or "oops, it really costs this" when you pick up your vehicle) and he is willing to give you his professional opinion. Pricing is very competitive! The lobby and waiting room are always clean and though we seldom deal with the actual mechanic who worked on our vehicle, we've never had an issue after we left the shop.
