When strange things happen and you need unusual help with a “car “ issue where would you go?? I found the Kelly automotive group on line looking for a Lexus service group.My unusual issue was that my cell phone had fallen into engine carriage area when I was doing some “owner” DIY battery service. When I took it to Kelly they put it up on a rack and retrieved the phone as “good Samaritans” . Their friendliness and professionalism was very special and unusual to find in todays “can’t take the time to help” world.
