Had a routine oil and filter change performed on my RAV 4. Dropped the car off for this service and was notified within one hour that the service was completed. I left my credit card at the shop by mistake and by the time I returned home, I was notified by the shop that they had my credit card. Thank you very much.

Of the half-dozen shops I've taken my vehicles to in the past 20 years they have been the most professional. Kelly Automotive service writers do an excellent job of working with you on quotes and helping you prioritize. I've done many repairs on different vehicles there and have not had a single issue with the accuracy of the diagnosis or the quality of the repair. No one plans or expects car problems; but they happen and are even more stressful during the holidays. My grandsons car broke down Thanksgiving day. Even though he had plenty to be thankful for, for a working college student, the stress is real. He had the car towed to Kelly’s Monday morning and they immediately got to work to diagnose. Jeff sent me a text that afternoon and had traced the problem and had the car fixed and back In the road the next day. Kelly’s continues to exemplify great customer service, excellent communication, superior work and fair pricing. The staff is very friendly. While I met up to speak with Dale I was greeted by the other staff. As I waited for my car I received a report along with pictures and solutions to my problems. I found that to be very comforting and safe. Thank you guys for the last minute help! I was feeling helpless. Almost forgot to mention they have a pretty nice lounge area with wifi, TV, tables and chairs, also a soda machine. 👌🏼
