The shop is clean and has a nice customer lounge. Dale was easy to deal with and has very good customer skills. It looks like they did a good job (front struts replacement) on my SUV. The reason I did not give the shop 5 stars is because they did not notify me that the car was ready for pickup and they did not replace or at least asked me if I want the worn out strut bellows be replaced.

Kelly automotive, Chris, was very professional. knowlegable, and kept me informed at all times. I am a single vehicle owner, so haveing my truck in the shop is a great hardship for me. knowing what was happenening at all times was a stress relief. I brought it in because it failed emmissions and needed new wheel bearings on the front end.It has passed emmissions and drives like a dream. Thank You! I have othe maintenence items that i will be bringing my truck back for soon. Having a place I can trust to use the best parts, and get great service is invalueable to me. Thanks again for getting me back on the road.

My son told me about Kelly's. He hadn't used them, yet, but said 2 people he worked with had told him some "glowing" stories about their satisfaction with Kelly's service & prices. Decided to take a chance, since this Kelly's is much closer to my home than where I had been taking my cars since 2005. Based on what Toyota Corp & my last Service Center arranged for regular servicing, I went to Kelly's expecting a bill 3 to 5 times larger than my out the door cost - this time - at Kelly's. When I ask Jeff about the vast differences, and he explained: You didn't indicate any concerns when dropping the vehicle off, and the vehicle was thoroughly inspected during their initial 'once-over', and it was found that my car only needed a basic oil change, at this time, and for the expected time period prior to my vehicles probable next servicing - approximately 4000 miles form now. Thus: Kelly's lived up to what my son had told me, and FAR Surpassed my expectations prior to dropping off my car.

Expensive repair replacing air conditioner's compressor because of leak. Car was dropped off early and repair work completed by late afternoon. Though the garage seems out of the way near intersection of Germann and Val Vista roads, worth a visit and wait for your vehicle. vr
