Friendly, Informative, Fair, and Fast. What I thought was a front bearing going bad turned out to be a damaged hubcap squeaking on the rim. Another shop could have easily charged me for a 'new' bearing, but the Dale was upfront and honest. There were some fluid leaks also needing attention and I decided to have my water pump replaced first. Dale offered a few part options at different price points/quality levels, helped me prioritize the order of future repairs needed, asked to show me the issues before any repairs were made. He also asked if I wanted to keep the parts being replaced. This was my first visit, but Kelly has earned all future automotive needs for the four vehicles in my family. Thanks Dale!

Great team to work with. I took in my Van since the dealership said the brake pads needed to be replaced immediately. Kelly Automotive let me know that my brake pads were fine and would not need to be changed for another 5 to 10,000 miles. I went ahead and just had my oil changed.
