Jeff did a great job answering my concerns and helping to prioritize current and future issues with my aging vehicle in a no pressure environment. I am glad to know that I have a place I feel I can trust moving forward with future repairs. They did a better job than the dealer troubleshooting my emissions issue and I feel better about supporting a local company. I will be going back in the future.

I have been using Kelly Automotive since I moved to Mesa in 2003. I have found them to be very honest, reliable, and flexible when I have needed repairs.

Service Manager Dale really went out of his way to service my vehicle which I needed repaired right away. Without an appointment, Dale was able to have my car's brake lights repaired in no more than an hour. Also, Dale offered the service at a very reasonable rate. I expect to service all of my family vehicles at Kelly Automotive.

I have had several different vehicles in for a number of different services and repairs. Dale has never failed me! The latest was a 2012 Kia Optima SX Turbo that my wife felt can run without oil (just kidding honey). The Turbo had been destroyed and the cost for a new one was crazy. Dale did a search and was able to find a low mileage used turbo at a price that was much more reasonable. We got the car back a few days later once the Turbo arrived, and she purrrred like a kitten again. Pointed out where the dip-stick was (in the engine) so she could have a look now and then between oil changes. Once again, Dale and the Guys at Kelly's did a professional job at a reasonable cost with little down time!
