Incredibly helpful and friendly staff! Went in with concerns about my power steering (long story short, it stopped working and I was stranded) and they gave me some power steering fluid to help me get to their store. It ended up being a simple enough fix that my husband and I could do it ourselves. We went back to Kelly to let them know and pay for the steering fluid. The man there, I think it was Jeff, told us not to worry and that we wouldn't be charged for it. We will definitely be taking our car here if we have any more problems!!
